1. Our position
IrelandIPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent UK and EU copyright law.
2. Reseller notice
IrelandIPTV is a streaming reseller. We do not host or own the copyrighted content delivered through the Service. Where we receive a valid notice that includes content delivered through our infrastructure, we will forward the notice to the relevant upstream provider and take reasonable action under our control.
3. Submitting a DMCA notice
To submit a takedown notice, send an email to support@irelandiptv.net with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include all of the following:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number and email.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or channel name(s) where the alleged infringement is occurring.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Counter-notices must include your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your signature.
5. Repeat infringers
We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
6. False claims
Submitting a false or misleading DMCA notice can result in legal liability. Please ensure your notice is accurate and complete before submitting.
