The rules for using the IrelandIPTV service.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the IrelandIPTV service (the “Service”) provided through irelandiptv.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscription & account

  • One subscription grants the agreed number of simultaneous connections (1 by default).
  • Login credentials are personal and must not be shared, resold or distributed.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials beyond the agreed limit.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Re-broadcast, re-stream, record or commercially exploit any content delivered through the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, hack or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Bypass geo-restrictions imposed by content rights-holders.

5. Content & third-party rights

IrelandIPTV is a streaming reseller. Content is provided as is from upstream providers, and channel availability may change without notice as rights agreements evolve. We are not the owner of any third-party content delivered through the Service and make no claim to such ownership.

6. Pricing & payment

  • All prices on the site are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due after the test period and confirms your subscription.
  • We may update pricing for new orders at any time. Existing active subscriptions remain at the price you paid.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay. You may cancel at any time by contacting support; the Service will continue to the end of the period you have paid for.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that any specific channel will remain available throughout your subscription.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IrelandIPTV's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
