  • You can test and verify the service before making payment
  • Payment is due only after you confirm the service is working to your satisfaction
  • This ensures you are 100% satisfied before committing financially

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as specified on our website. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions are for fixed periods and do not automatically renew. You will need to purchase a new subscription before your current one expires to continue service.

In summary, we offer refunds in cases where our support team fails to respond within 72 hours or is unable to resolve a major technical issue within 7 days. Refunds are not available for change of mind, client-side issues, provider issues, or problems that have been resolved.

Internet Requirements: A stable internet connection is required. We recommend minimum speeds of 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25+ Mbps for 4K content.

7. Service Availability and Uptime

While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Technical issues or server problems
  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party service disruptions

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible.

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration or in the courts of Ireland, as applicable.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ireland.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and IPTV Ireland regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
