About this policy

This policy applies to everyone who orders or uses our service. By using the service you agree to follow it. If there is any conflict between this policy and our Terms of Service, the Terms of Service apply.

Personal, non-commercial use

Your subscription is for your own personal, non-commercial use in a private home setting. It must not be used in pubs, bars, clubs, hotels, shops, gyms or any other business or public place.

1 device connection per subscription

Each subscription allows 1 device connection at a time. Your login details and playlist are personal to you, and you are responsible for keeping them safe. If you need to watch on more than one device at the same time, you will need a separate subscription for each one.

What you must not do

When using the service, you must not:

  • Share, sell, resell, rent out or publish your login details or playlist.
  • Use more connections at the same time than your plan allows.
  • Rebroadcast, restream or retransmit the service, or make it available to anyone else.
  • Record content for distribution, or show the service to the public.

Security and our systems

You must not try to interfere with the service or our systems, including by:

  • Bypassing or attempting to bypass any security, connection limit or access control.
  • Overloading, flooding or disrupting our servers, for example with automated tools or excessive requests.
  • Copying, decompiling or reverse engineering any part of the service.
  • Accessing, or trying to access, accounts or data that do not belong to you.

Following the law

You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws of the country you are in. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

If this policy is broken

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may suspend or end your subscription as set out in our Terms of Service. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we end your subscription because you broke this policy, you may not be entitled to a refund.

Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is misusing the service, or that your own login details are being used by someone else, email us at support@irelandiptv.net (24/7 email support) or message us on WhatsApp at +44 7446 385834. Please give as much detail as you can. We treat every report confidentially.
