Delivery Policy

Ireland IPTV is a digital service. Nothing is posted or shipped to you, and there are no delivery charges. Everything you need is sent to you by email and WhatsApp.

You order through the checkout on our website by choosing a plan and entering your name and contact details. Our plans are 3 months for £30, 6 months for £40 and 12 months for £60, each as a one-off payment.

Please check that your email address and WhatsApp number are correct, as this is where we send your order details.

After you place your order, we send you payment and order details by email and WhatsApp. This usually takes between 5 minutes and 2 hours after ordering.

Once your payment is confirmed, the steps are:

• Install IB Player Pro on your device. Our installation guide shows how for each device.
• Open the app and note the MAC address and device key shown on screen.
• Send us the MAC address and device key by WhatsApp at +44 7446 385834 or by email at support@irelandiptv.net.
• We upload your playlist to the app as soon as possible and let you know when it is ready.

Your plan starts when your service is activated, not when you place your order, so you do not lose any viewing time while we set things up. Plans do not renew automatically.

If you have not received your payment or order details within 2 hours of ordering:

• Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your inbox for messages from our domain.
• Make sure the WhatsApp number you gave us is correct and active.
• Contact our support team, available 24/7, by email at support@irelandiptv.net or on WhatsApp at +44 7446 385834, and include the name and email address used for your order.

We provide our service to customers in Ireland and the United Kingdom. Please read our Terms of Service and Refund Policy for your rights if the service is not delivered or does not work as described.
