How to make a complaint
We want to put things right if something has gone wrong. Please email support@irelandiptv.net with the subject "Complaint" and include:
- Your name and the email address or WhatsApp number used for your order.
- The plan you bought and the date of your order.
- What went wrong and, if relevant, your device and the app you use.
- What you would like us to do to resolve it.
You can also message us on WhatsApp at +44 7446 385834, but email helps us keep a clear record of your complaint.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint and look into it fairly. We aim to give you a full reply as soon as possible, usually within a few working days. If we need more time or more information, we will tell you why.
If you are not happy with our reply
If you are not satisfied with our reply, reply to our email and ask for your complaint to be reviewed again. A senior member of our team will look at it afresh and send you our final response.
Independent advice
If your complaint is still not resolved, you can get free, independent advice about your consumer rights from:
- Ireland: the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie).
- England and Wales: Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk).
- Scotland: Advice Direct Scotland (consumeradvice.scot).
- Northern Ireland: Consumerline (nidirect.gov.uk/consumerline).
The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer available, and since Brexit it does not apply to disputes with UK customers.
